Nundah’s biggest weekend of the year is nearly here! Every September, the Nundah Festival hosts a range of events designed to showcase the best of Nundah – our beautiful outdoor spaces, our creative artists and our unique local businesses.
The weekend will start with the annual Movie and Fireworks at Boyd Park on Friday, 6 September. Hosted by Councillor Adam Allan, Northgate Ward, locals and visitors are encouraged to bring picnic blankets and beanbags and enjoy a magical night out under the stars.
On Saturday, 7 September at 10am, the Nundah Art Show will open, showcasing creative artists from across the country. You are invited to view the works at the Northside Honda Workshop, on the corner of Sandgate Road and Wood Street.
The award-winning Nundah Festival will kick-off with the rousing cries from the Festival Town Crier at 9am on Sunday, 8 September. Entry is free, and locals and visitors will enjoy stage performances, street stalls, food and drink, entertainment, street performers, games, rides, live music and more!
Make sure to support our amazing local businesses on the day.
